Frequently asked questions

Do we need to change our MX records?

For the cloud track (M365/GWS), no MX changes are required — we use API-native integration. For self-hosted, our gateway acts as an SMTP proxy requiring MX pointing to the gateway.

Can we use both tracks?

Yes. Organizations with both cloud and self-hosted mail infrastructure can deploy both tracks with unified reporting.

What happens when a threat is detected?

Cloud track: automatic remediation (delete/quarantine/move). Self-hosted track: pre-queue rejection with end-user quarantine access.
